 Mind/Body Practices for People with Busy Lives

- The Tao of Practice -

This workshop is for all who live busy lives and seek a balanced practice for mind/body/spirit health and
 well being. Its MINDFUL approach incorporates both Eastern and Western disciplines that can be adapted for people of all ages and needs. Transform "busyness" into more intentional living while lowering your blood pressure, blood sugar and your cholesterol. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs are incorporated into this ITP Practice. 2 to 6 participants per class make this an intimate experience tailored to the needs of everyone. 4 sessions, 3 hours per session. Ongoing support groups are optional.

 We know that thoughts pertaining to a memory give rise to body-based emotions which flow through our central nervous system often times creating powerful somatic reactions in the present from experiences that may have long slipped beneath the surface of our awareness yet impact our capacity to think, feel and behave in a more caring way with ourselves.
